McLaren has recently announced that the carmaker will reveal the upcoming Artura on 16th February. Meanwhile, it is said to replace the existing McLaren 570S that will stand discontinued just after its launch.
As per the sources, the powerful car will remain similar to the 570S in terms of features. However, it will get a mild-hybrid technology for that extra punch, better mileage and enhanced practicality.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • McLaren is all set to reveal the upcoming McLaren Artura on 16th February.
  • The all-new Artura will be replacing the current-gen McLaren 570S.
  • Only detail about the upcoming sports car is that it will be powered by a V6 engine.
Based on the McLaren Carbon Lightweight Architecture (MCLA) it comes with a more aggressive look. Apart from this, the major highlight of the McLaren Artura is the design language and multiple subtle elements such as sleek headlamps and muscular bonnet. Further, the powerful McLaren also features LED taillamps, twin exhausts and ‘McLaren’ badging at the rear.
McLaren has not revealed much details about the Artura yet. However, when launched, let’s hope it will get a 2 seater layout, power-adjustable steering wheel, all-digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control and an infotainment screen at the center among others.
Apart from this, the basic safety features such as multiple airbags, rearview camera and crash sensors are also expected to be a part of the standard features of the upcoming McLaren Artura.
Under the hood, McLaren Artura will get a twin-turbocharged V6 engine. However, this time expect it to come paired with an electric motor that churns a combined output of over 600HP. Further, the electric motor is expected to be based on the plug-in hybrid system and can return a range of 32km.
These much details are available right now. However, people who are desperately waiting for the McLaren Artura need to wait for the exact details till 16th February. Even the pricing of the car will be revealed by the British carmaker on the same date.
