2021 Renault Kiger

In terms of design, Renault Kiger is very compact and looks more like a crossover from certain angles. At the front, the all-new sub-four meter SUV features a sculpted bonnet hood, wing-shaped front grille, LED headlights and wide air intake lower down. Interestingly, colour shades such as Ice Cool White, Planet Grey, Caspian Blue and Moonlight Grey are available across the entire range. However, the top-end variant allows customers to opt for the dual-tone colour called Vibrant Red alongside a black coloured roof.

Enter the cabin and one might be able to witness a large 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system at the centre. Other features such as a fully digital 7-inch instrument cluster, multi-function steering wheel, ambient lighting, wireless charger, Arkamys surround sound system and automatic climate control are also available on the all-new Renault Kiger.

Under the hood, customers will get the option to choose between two 1.0-litre three-cylinder engines. The only difference between them is that the first one is a naturally aspirated motor that produces 72HP and 96Nm of torque. However, the latter one is a turbocharged motor tuned to churn out 100HP alongside a peak torque of 160Nm. For now, both the engines are available with a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. However, the naturally aspirated engine comes with a 5-speed AMT while the other one gets a CVT gearbox as optional.

Just to make sure that the Kiger performs efficiently according to the situation, Renault has offered multiple drives modes. To be precise, users can alter the power figures using the Normal, Eco and Sport modes as per their requirements.
