Dates for the exam have been announced by the Railway Recruitment Board, RRB Exam Dates for RRB NTPC and RRB Group D Examinations 2019. By retweeting the announcement of RRB Chairman Vinod Dua, the Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has made an announcement regarding the same on his social media handle . According to his announcement, from December 15, 2020 the RRB NTPC and Group D CBT Exams would begin . Later the schedule would be released.
Earlier, in June and July of 2019, RRB NTPC 2019 and RRB Group D (Level 1) 2019 examinations were scheduled to be held. After a few concerns this was delayed with respect to the exam centres. For the RRB NTPC and Group D Examinations around 2.40 crore candidates had applied. By means of this post around 1.40 lakh posts would be filled.
Piyush Goyal who is the , Railway Minister has confirmed the dates and re-tweeted the message of RRB Chairman Vinod Dua. For 1.40 lakh vacancies in the railways, Dua shared that RRBs received 2.42 crore applications. Earlier this year the scrutiny of all these applications were completed but could not be conducted because of the pandemic.
He added on to more information that complete schedule shall be announced very soon.
