Producer Karan Johar. has finally decided to cast Chunky Pandey’s daughter Ananya Pandey in his upcoming movie titled ‘Student of the Year 2‘, which is a sequel to his 2012 hit film with the same title. For a very long time, there were rumors that she was set to make her Bollywood debut in his movie.
Earlier, there were reports that Karan is even thinking of casting Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor and then later he thought of signing Saif and Amrita’s daughter Sara, now finally all the rumors have zeroed in on Ananya.
Last week Ananya gave the audition in front of Karan Johar, Tiger Shroff, and director Punit Malhotra. Ananya was asked to read out the lines of Alia Bhatt from the previous movie Student of the Year and she did it well she sailed it like a professional and after that Karan immediately decided to cast her.
The movie ‘Student Of The Year 2’ is said to be directed by Punit Malhotra and will be produced by Karan. The movie will feature Tiger Shroff as the lead male actor. Producer of the movie, Karan Johar released the poster of the movie featuring Tiger Shroff earlier this month.
The script of the movie demands the two female actors and the makers have chosen Ananya to be the one and now the makers of the movie are looking up for the second actress.Chunkey Pandey’s both kids are all set to make their Bollywood debut. His daughter Ananya is all set to make her head turn for a while now and she even made her society debut on November 25 at the Le Bal in Paris.
