Actress Ankita Lokhande has successfully transitioned from television to film roles and has been nailing it with her acting chops.

On the work front, Ankita has received praises for her performance in her debut film ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’.
In her debut film role, she portrayed the role of soldier Jhalkaribai, co-starring Kangana Ranaut.
She has recently signed up to star in the action thriller ‘Baaghi 3’, directed by Ahmed Khan.
The third film in the ‘Baaghi’ franchise, it will star Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles.
Ankita had made her acting debut in 2009 with the serial ‘Pavitra Rishta’ and she was part of it till it went off-air in 2014.
She later participated in the dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4’ with Sushant Singh Rajput.
Ankita later appeared in the comedy show ‘Comedy Circus’ and played the role of Pragya in the serial ‘Ek Thhi Naayka’.
