Several Bollywood actors and other well-known personalities were present to pay their last respects to the evergreen beauty, and everyone’s Chandani. Fans flocked the roads in Vile Parle outside the the place where the body was placed, for everyone to pay their last respects.
Amidst this, Hema Malini our very own ‘Dream Girl’ took to twitter to describe how she felt, after seeing her friend and fellow-celebrity, lying still and knowing that she was gone forever.
Paid my last respects to Sridevi. The entire industry was there grieving, some on the verge of breakdown. Such was her aura & magic in films. She lay there, beautiful in a red saree, serene in death & totally at peace. 😢
