People were waiting keenly for The White Tiger’s film adaptation ever since it became public. The film, which will come out soon, saw its first look getting revealed by Netflix. On Twitter and other social media platforms, the streaming giant shared the look.
Based on the Man Booker Prize-winning novel of the same name, by Aravind Adiga, the film will star, Priyanka Chopra, Rajkummar Rao, and Adarsh Gourav.
The look of the characters of each actor was shared on Twitter by Netflix. They are as follows :

On the other hand, the American director, Ramin Bahrani is directing the film. He is known for making award-winning films such as Chop Shop and At Any Price. He is also the writer of the film.
The White Tiger was published in the year 2008. It is the story of a man named, Balram Halwai, a native of the Laxmangarh village, who becomes a successful entrepreneur, rising from his poor background.
He becomes the driver of a rich man in Delhi, whom he murders. The story is filled with a variety of themes running, prominent among which are globalization, social and economic mobility.
In the film, Adarsh Gourav is playing Balram Halwai, while Rajkummar Rao is playing his employer, Ashok. On the other hand, Priyanka Chopra plays the role of Ashok’s wife.
The month of December is when the film will grace the platform of Netflix and will give audiences a chance to explore its peculiar world in film format.
