The episode starts inside the hospital with Rishabh Bajaj threatening Anurag to again try to kill him. Moloy regains his consciousness and the family rejoices. Prerna donates the blood to Cookie to cure her. The doctor refrains everyone including Mr. Bajaj from meeting Cookie, which leaves them confused. Prerna is told by the nurse to visit Cookie who enters the ward with Mr. Bajaj. Cookie greets Prerna but refrains from talking to Mr. Bajaj as she had seen him try to kill Anurag.
She tells him that he was trying to hurt his mother, Prerna. Both hug each other and express their love. Cookie tells Prerna that she does not want to talk to Anurag. Prerna tries to convince her that her father loves her so much and cares for her. Cookie then asks her if she loves Anurag bhaiya or not. Prerna successfully convinces her that she should talk to her father as he loves her very much. Mr. Bajaj hugs his daughter, so does she.
Later, Mr. Bajaj confronts Moloy as the latter is also getting discharged from the hospital; he reimagines how he had pushed Moloy from his wheel chair which resulted in him getting injured. Moloy returns home and so does everyone. Mr. Bajaj then shocks everyone after he hands Prerna the divorce agreement papers, confirming that the two will be divorced soon. In the next episode, Mr. Bajaj says that he has signed the papers and Prerna has to sign it too as she should be with Anurag instead of him. Anurag and Prerna later get married.
