Manoj Bajpayee is easily one of the most talented actors in the Indian cinema, who has also made it on his own with out having any background in films.

In a recent promo of an interview given to Zoom TV, the actor talked about the things outsiders have to face in the film industry.

Talking about the rampant nepotism, Manoj said: “I don’t get angry when the star children get launched, I get angry on this fact that the media starts elevating that girl before that, media doesn’t give a fair deal to newcomers who are outsiders.”

The National Award winning actor also talked about a producer-director who had said to one of his family member that nothing can happen to them because only star kids will become actors now.

On the work front, Manoj was recently nominated by the Asia Pacific Screen Award for Best Performance by an Actor for the film ‘Bhonsle.’

It was his third nomination in a row after ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and ‘Aligarh’; for the latter he had won the award.

Manoj was last seen in the crime comedy web series ‘The Family Man’, directed by Raj and Krishna D.K. where he played a middle class man who is secretly an intelligence agent.

He will be also seen in the Hollywood film ‘Dhaka’, directed by Sam Hargarve and starring Chris Hemsworth, Pankaj Tripathi and Randeep Hooda.
