Actress Parineeti Chopra is currently busy filming for ‘The Girl on the Train’ in England, where she plays an alcoholic women.
She recently shared a picture on her Instagram profile with her director Ribhu Dasgupta, welcoming him on the platform.
In the picture, Parineeti is seen doing arm wrestling with Ribhu, calling him her ‘favorite crazy human’.
She wrote: “Favourite crazy human is now on instagram!!!! Follow follow! (Yes we were hand wrestling. Director’s orders. That too before shooting an intense scene. ‘The Girl on The Train’ is an official remake of the 2016 Hollywood film of the same name, which was in turn based on the 2015 namesake novel by British author Paula Hawkins.
The film stars Parineeti, Kirti Kulhari, Aditi Rao Hydari and Avinash Tiwary and will be releasing in summer 2020.
Parineeti’s last outing was the romantic comedy ‘Jabariya Jodi’ with Siddharth Malhotra, which was based on the practice of groom kidnapping.
The film, directed by Prashant Singh, met with negative reviews and proved to be a box-office failure.
Parineeti will be next seen in Dibakar Banerjee’s dark comedy ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’, co-starring Arjun Kapoor.
She is also filming for the action war film ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’ as well as portraying badminton player Saina Nehwal in Amol Gupte’s biographical film ‘Saina.’
