Indian actor Prashant Narayanan noted for his roles in films like ‘Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II’, ‘Shadows of Time’, ‘Bombil and Beatrice’, ‘Via Darjeeling’ and ‘Murder 2’ will play the role of antagonist in the biopic ‘PM Narendra Modi‘.
The film is being directed by Omung Kumar who had earlier directed biopic ‘Mary Kom’ and bankrolled by Suresh Oberoi and Sandip Ssingh.
Movie critic and biz analyst Taran Adarsh introduced the character and the first look of the actor. Vivek Anand Oberoi is playing the titular role while actor Darshan Kumar will appear on screen as a journalist. Mohan Joshi will portray the character of BJP President Amit Shah. While Actress Zarina Wahab will play the role of PM’s mother while Barkha Bisht will be seen as his wife Jashodaben in the movie.
Boman Irani and Suresh Oberoi are also part of the cast. The film will be released in 23 languages.
Prashant made his Bollywood debut with 1995 released ‘Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India!’ but his big break came in the Bhatt banner film ‘Murder 2’. In the span of 30 years, the actor has worked in over 30 films in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
He has also worked in several television shows.
