Saif Ali Khan was part of the Race franchise for the last two parts of the film but for the third part, producer Ramesh Taurani announced that he will be roping in Salman Khan. ‘Race 3’ was the biggest debacle of 2018 and received a lot of criticism from the audience.
According to the reports, Ramesh Taurani is trying to get Saif Ali Khan back to the ‘Race’ franchise, post failure of ‘Race 3’. Earlier, both the parts worked well at the box office and received a good response from the audience as well. There were big expectations from the third part but nothing worked in the favor of the producers. Instead ‘Race 3’ became a good source of memes.
While promoting ‘Race 3’ Salman confirmed the sequel to the film, ‘Race 4’. As Saif has been approached by the producers, Salman won’t be the part of the film anymore. Talking about Saif, who has resumed the shooting for the second season of Sacred Games. Khan is leaving no stone unturned for the show and is shooting on the busy roads of Mumbai. The show is based on on a critically acclaimed novel by the same name written by Indian author Vikram Chandra.
