Sooraj Pancholi was last seen in ‘Hero’ with Athiya Shetty in the star-kids’ Bollywood debut in 2015. Now the actor has signed his second Hindi film to be directed by Prabhudeva.
Sooraj Pancholi did appear on-screen but only in some singles. There were some unofficial reports about his next projects but nothing materialized. Rather than rushing into things and signing galore of films, Sooraj Pancholi chose to wait for the right script that can showcase his talent to the fullest.
Now after 2 years of debut in the industry the actor has signed a film.
This Prabhu Dheva’s (untitled) action-comedy film will go on the floors in September this year is said to be a remake of a South film will be produced by Bhushan Kumar & Prashant Gunjalkar.
Sooraj on Thursday took to Twitter, where he shared a photograph of himself along with Prabhudheva and producer Bhushan Kumar. “Yes, it is official! Can’t wait to work with you Prabhudheva sir…I have grown up watching you! Thank you for all the inspiration.” Sooraj captioned the image.

The film will be produced by T-Series. Although Sooraj got to display his action skills in Hero, this time, he will get to tickle the audience’s funny bone as well.
