Sunil Grover and Ali Asgar teamed up for a special ‘Tubelight’ promotion show featuring Salman Khan recently. And it looks likely that the two will be back on television within a month or two.
Ali Asgar, who entertained the television audience with his character of Naani on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show‘, left many hearts broken after he decided to leave the comedy show. Even as controversies swirled around the show and its main characters leaving host Kapil, Ali chose to keep mum and refused to talk to the media about his exit. However, speculations were rife that the comedian-actor left the show to support Sunil Grover after the infamous mid-air fight between Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma.
According to the recent reports, “A new comedy show with Sunil is definitely happening. Ali, Chandan Prabhakar and Sugandha Mishra, basically all those who left ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, are going to be a part of it. Krishna is most probably joining them. He is yet to confirm, things are going back and forth as of now but there are really high chances of this collaboration happening,”
For those who may not be aware, Sunil and Ali besides Chandan Prabhakar haven’t worked with Kapil Sharma since the mid-flight fiasco sometime in March. The trio quit Kapil’s show and have since then distanced themselves from the star comedian. Although, there is no confirmation.
