You can’t just keep waiting for things to get better. Action is necessary to keep things moving forward, even if at a slow pace. Tired of waiting for the COVID-19 situation to improve, makers of Nani’s V are releasing the film on Amazon Prime. It’ll be available for streaming from September 5.
Makers of the film broke this news through social media today. Producer Sri Venkateswara Creations posted the following tweet to share the news :

A crime thriller, the film is about a cop who falls in love with a crime writer. His life is going smoothly when one day, a killer challenges him with a puzzle to solve. Will he able to solve the puzzle or give in, forms the plot of the film.
Actor, Nani is playing a negative role for the first time in his career with the film. V also stars Sudheer Babu, Nivetha Thomas, Aditi Rao Hydari, Jagapathi Babu, Nassar, Vennela Kishore, and Srinivas Avasarala.
While the film was supposed to come out in March, the makers postponed it because of the coronavirus. Actor Nani talked about the film and his love for action thrillers and in a statement shared :
“V is one such title that delivers thrills, drama, and fast-paced action. The cat-and-mouse game between Sudheer Babu and my character is what drew me the most to this project. I am very excited about the Global Premiere of V – the movie marks my 25th in the film industry. Interestingly, the movie makes its global premiere on the same day as my debut movie release – 5th September!”
This is also Nani’s 25th film, which Mohan Krishna Indraganti is helming. Dil Raju is producing the film, who also shared his opinion on the film as follows :
“V is an action-packed thriller with none other than Nani in the lead along with the talented cast Sudheer Babu, Nivetha Thomas, and Aditi Rao Hydari, and we are certain that the story will cut across geographies and will be enjoyed by all audiences.”
