Honor announced the Honor Band 5 in July 2019. It was being expected that Honor might launch Honor Band 6 by mid-2020 but the arrival was delayed for some reason. Honor recently confirmed through Webibo that Honor Band 6 will make its debut on 3rd November at China. A tipster recently stated that the device will arrive with full-screen display. A teaser was released by Honor which showed that the device will actually provide full-screen experience.
The specifications of Honor Band 6 is still unknown. As launch date is coming closer, the company might reveal a few of its key features in the upcoming few days.
Honor Band 5 was made official in 2019 with Honor 9X smartphone series. It is not known whether the sub-brand of Huawei has any plans to announce any other device with Band 6 on 3rd November. Its possible that the device might be rebranded as Huawei Band 6 in a few markets.
Honor Band 5 had 0.95-inch touchscreen AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass. It also had a 50ATM water resistant chassis and came packed with 100mAh battery. Other features included were a heart rate sensor, 6-axis accelerometer, gyro sensor and Bluetooth 4.2.
