Building on its partnership with Scientific Games, FanDuel has launched sports betting technology in Tennessee and Michigan.

The Scientific Games’ OpenSports technology has enabled Flutter Entertainment-owned FanDuel to go live in in six states now. The states where it was already active are Colorado, Illinois, Indiana and West Virginia.

As per Gambling Insider, Jordan Levin, Group CEO, Digital at Scientific Games, said: “There is simply no substitute for true platform stability and scalability, and our burgeoning partnership with FanDuel enables this iconic brand to maximise player engagement and market share free from worries over potential downtime.

“As the next staging post across a long and successful journey alongside Flutter, going live in two top-performing states with our leading sports betting technology is an exciting moment for both parties.”

Notably, Scientific Games’ OpenSports platform is also known to support other Flutter Entertainment brands around the world, including Betfair, Sky Bet, Paddy Power and Sportsbet.
