Red Redemption 2-no-single-player LDC

Rockstar Games, as many of you, must be familiar, is the brain behind the very famous title GTA(Grand Theft Auto) series. The company has been in the news in the recent past, mainly because of GTA 5 which received new updates recently and also for its highly anticipated successor of GTA 5, GTA 6 which the company is planning to launch next year for next-gen consoles. Rockstar Games recently launched new PC launcher of its own. Now coming onto Red Redemption 2, another one of Rockstar’s success, the title was recently listed by the Australian Classification Board for its PC version which will arrive soon. And now, it seems that Rockstar is in no mood to bring single-player DLC for ‘Red Dead Redemption 2’.

Rockstar’s lead online production associate Katie Pica explained during an interview VG24/7, “We’re 100% focused on online right now, because like I said, there’s just so much to do, and we’re just hoping to bring everything that a player can love about single-player into the online world, and fleshed out.”

Until now, Rockstar Games has always managed to squeeze in large single-player DLC expansions to its titles including the Undead Nightmare for Red Dead Redemption and the Liberty City Episodes for GTA IV. But with Red Redemption 2, the company has different plans, similar to GTA V as Rockstar is keen on devoting itself into expanding both games’ multiplayer modes.
