The recent and almost expected changes in the Bihar government has brought many supporters and opposition into light. While few are supporting Bihar Chief Minister’s decision of breaking alliance with RJD and Congress, some are opposing it.

Wednesday evening Nitish Kumar broke its alliance with RJD and Congress in Bihar and resigned as the Chief Minister. Following the resignation, he formed an alliance with BJP, with JD(U) already having 71 MLA and the additional support of 58 NDA MLAs Nitish had more than required number to form the government again. He took oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar again on Thursday morning.

While RJD had well in advanced anticipated the move of Nitish, a few days back RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav had hinted that if Nitish backs out he might gain the confidence of BSP and HAM and form an alliance with them. In a press conference on Thursday after Nitish swore in as the CM, Lalu said that it does not matter if Nitish left the government, he now has the support of Mayawati(BSP), Akhilesh Yadav(SP), Mamata Banerjee and will get them all together.
