LJP (Lok Janshakti Party) chief, Ram Vilas Paswan said that Mayawati’s resignation is nothing but a ‘political ploy’. She just got nervous as Dalit community has refused to accept her as their leader. After she became the CM of Uttar Pradesh maximum atrocities has happened against Dalits. She did not speak at that time and now she has resigned as she was not allowed to speak in Rajya Sabha on the issues of crime against Dalits.
He has also raised questions on Mayawati. He wants to know that from where did she get ₹104 crores which were deposited in her bank account during the time of demonetization. Whether this money was given by Dalits or by the big capitalists. He has requested Uttar Pradesh chief minister, Yogi Adityanath to view the cases of atrocities against Dalits seriously and take action against the culprits.
Ram Vilas Paswan is a prominent Dalit face of the ruling NDA. He is an Indian politician, from Bihar and the current Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution.
