According to recent predictions, Sony Xperia XZ1 will be unveiled in IFA Berlin 2017. This device will be the first non-pixel or Nexus device to run on Android Oreo. In fact, this will be the first phone to ship with Android Oreo out of the box.

Here are the speculated specifications of the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ1.

In terms of built quality, the device will feature all metal unibody design with the display being protected by 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device will be powered by powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, paired with at least 4 GB RAM and 64 GB onboard storage. The smartphone will feature a 5.2-inch display with 1080p resolution.

As this is a Sony smartphone, the device will be featuring a 21 MP rear-facing camera with 4K video recording capabilities with slow motion video recording capability. The device will feature 13 MP front-facing camera with autofocus technology.

On to the other features, the device will offer IP67 water and dust resistance features with at least 3000 mAh battery with latest Qualcomm Quick charge 4.0 support via USB type C port. The model is expected to offer either single SIM or dual SIM slot (depending on the market) with external SD card slot.

The device will be priced at least $500 or INR 35,000 and expected to see in India by the end of September.
