New Delhi, June 6: India’s external affairs minister S Jaishankar has on Wednesday held a telephonic conversation with the foreign ministers of Turkey and France with an aim at boosting the bilateral and diplomatic relations with the two nations.

According to India Today news reports, the MEA termed “cordial” to his telephoned talks with Jean-Yves Le Drian, the French foreign minister.

In a tweet, Jaishankar said, “Had a cordial conversation with the French Foreign Minister @JY_LeDrian Plenty to look forward to and do in our already strong and successful strategic partnership with France.”

On his dialogues with Turkish foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, the MEA said they held a warm conversation.

Jaishankar tweeted, “Had a warm conversation with Foreign Minister of Turkey @MevlutCavusoglu that helped us build a personal and professional bond. Thank you for your good wishes. Look forward to closely working with you.:

India has been sharing good ties with both Russia and Turkey aiming at bolstering military and security cooperation and deepening bilateral relations.
