Islamabad is holding an anti-India Kashmir conference in the UK’s House of Commons in London and on the other side, the nation’s armed forces are cracking down over the Kashmiri people in Pak’ occupied Kashmir (PoK) and also Gilgit Baltistan.

According to ANI reports, the massive protests are taking place in regions of Gilgit Baltistan a and PoK, as Pakistan has continued to ill-treat the political prisoners held.

Leading political activist Baba Jan from Gilgit Baltistan, who was languishing in prison for about more than an eight-year because of Trumped-up charges, had denied adequate healthcare despite his deteriorating health.

Protesters who included his followers, relatives, and friends in Junza Valley in Gilgit has demanded Baba Jan immediate release and transfer to better medical facilities.

In Hunza, a women protester said: “I met him yesterday and found that he was suffering from unbearable pain. He also told me that he was prescribed mere painkillers. Since there is no facility available for angiography in Gilgit Baltistan, he should be shifted to Islamabad or to any other city where he can receive better medical attention.”

The agitation against the Islamabad’s establishment came ahead of the dubious operations of commemorating the “Kashmir Solidarity Day” on February in London.

However, its main agenda on spewing venom and peddling lies against India has been unmasked as Kashmiri citizens took it to the streets to express their grievance and grief against Pakistan. The region of PoK has been deliberately kept deprived of main basic services.

A protester said: “Criminals and terrorists have become part of the Pakistani protocol and one struggles for nights of the people, the eons who provided energy to their voices and ones who fight for the oppressed is meted out with ill-treatment.”
