Benelli has rolled out the 2021 Imperiale 400 in India with a price tag of Rs.1.89 Lakh onwards (ex-showroom, Delhi). The all-new pricing might surprise you as the updated bike is now Rs.10,000 cheaper than the outgoing version. Well, all credit goes to localisation of components used in the production. Apart from this, even the improved value of Indian currency against the US Dollar plays a major role.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Benelli has recently launched the updated Imperiale 400 in India.
  • It comes with a price tag of Rs.1.89 Lakh which is Rs.10,000 lesser than the outgoing variant.
  • No cosmetic changes have been done on the 2021 Benelli Imperiale 400.

The updated Benelli Imperiale 400 is still available with the same color schemes on offer. The list includes:

  • Silver,
  • Red and
  • Black color.

However, features such as LCD instrument cluster, rounded headlamp, slit seats, etc. among others remains the same.

The engine that powers the 2021 Benelli Imperiale 400 is a 374cc single-cylinder, air-cooled unit. Earlier, this engine was updated as per the BS6 emission norms and as a result, it is now more environment friendly. Further, it is capable of producing 19BHP of power @ 6000 RPM alongside a peak torque of 29Nm @ 3500 RPM while being mated to a five-speed gearbox.

Suspension duties on the all-new Imperiale 400 are handled by a 41mm telescopic fork at the front. Meanwhile, at the rear, it comes with adjustable dual shock absorbers. To stop the all-new 400cc bike, Benelli is offering a 300mm disc at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear. Apart from the disc brakes, there is a dual-channel ABS for an enhanced braking experience.

According to Benelli, with this new aggressive price tag, the all-new Imperiale 400 will be a better alternative to the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Honda H’Ness CB350. However, what exactly makes this all-new motorcycle a value for money deal is the 2 years/unlimited kms warranty that comes as standard. Apart from this, customers can also choose a 2 year extended warranty alongside 24X7 roadside assistance.
