Citroen has recently revealed all the details about the C5 Aircross in India. The SUV with its first look does look premium. However, the features list enhances its overall value to another level. Features

When launched, the all-new SUV by Citroen will be available in two variants, precisely – Feel and Shine. Where, Feel is expected to be the entry-level variant and Shine will be the top-spec variant. Feature-wise, it will come with LED headlights with DRLs, two-zone climate control, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 12.3-inch all-digital instrument cluster, automatic wipers, 18-inch alloy wheels, hands-free parking, cruise control, panoramic sunroof, etc. among others.
Further, safety features such as 6 airbags, traction control, ESP, a rearview camera, hill start assist and parking sensors are available across both variants.

Engine

Under the hood, it will be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that can churn out a massive 177HP. Further, the peak torque stands at 400Nm and the engine comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Performance data, on the other hand, has not been revealed by the carmaker yet. However, the SUV is expected to return a mileage of 18.6 kmpl as claimed by the ARAI.
In terms of size, Citroen C5 Aircross is 4500mm long, 1969mm wide and offers a 2730mm long wheelbase. Further, the SUV is said to be 1710mm tall alongside a boot space that stands at 580 litres.
As we know that the all-new Citroen C5 Aircross is coming to India via the CKD route let’s expect it to come with a premium price tag. Further, the SUV will be available with a standard 3 year/1,00,000 km warranty. Apart from this, the carmaker has also announced that the company will provide all kinds of roadside assistance to its customers as well. The French carmaker has also announced that the company will soon reveal the price in India.
