The us based start up “Uber” is offering a helicopter ride on June 14 and 15 in Bangalore and Mumbai respectively. Bangaloreans can request for a helicopter ride on June 14, starting at 9 AM. The ride costs is Rs 4999, which includes a pick and drop in a luxury car. The participants will be flown around city’s iconic buildings and locations. After the ride, Bangalore participants will be taken for a brunch at High Ultra Lounge which is the tallest building in the city. Each request will only be for 2 persons and one chopper ride can accommodate 4 persons at a time. If there is a heavy demand, then the users might have to share the ride.
Once the request has been placed, Uber will give a final confirmation call, sharing all the relevant information. It has tied up with Air Deccan for the helicopter service. The company is also offering a discount for Rs 500 for new users of the app. It can be redeemed for chopper ride or any other services of the company.

- Click on “Request Chopper”
