All India Institute of Medical Science has formally extended the dates for basic registration till January 14, 2019, before 5 P.M. The candidates who have not yet filled the application form can do so in the extended time frame. The registration process began on November 30, 2018.
However, the official exam date and the date of the release of admit card are still the same. The Exam is scheduled to be held on May 25 and 26, 2019 and the scheduled date for the release of admit cards is May 15, 2019, at the official website.
The Final registration process which was earlier scheduled to be conducted on January 29, will now begin from February 21 and will continue till March 12.

The candidates who are eligible to appear for the exam are those who have passed/appearing 12th with main subjects including Physics, English, Chemistry, Biology.
The Exam is scheduled to be conducted in fourteen other AIIMS which include Bhatinda, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Deogarh, Gorakhpur, Jodhpur, Kalyani, Mangalgiri, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rae Bareli, Rishikesh, and Telangana.
Steps to fill the basic registration are as follows:
Step 1: Visit the official website https://www.aiimsexams.org/
Step 2: Click on the link that says ‘Academic Courses’.
Step 3: Click on ‘Basic registration for Undergraduate Courses’ link.
Step 4: Fill the required details to be able to get the username and password to login further.
Step 5: Print the Registration form and keep it safe for future use.
