The online application process for AISSEE 2022 has started. The AISSEE is an entrance exam for admissions in Class 6 and 9 of Sainik Schools around the country.

Sainik Schools are managed by the Sainik Schools Society under the Ministry of Defence. All Sainik Schools are affiliated with CBSE – Central Board of Secondary Education and these schools follow the exam pattern, syllabus, rules, and regulations of CBSE.

In 1961, Sainik Schools were conceived by VK Krishna Menon, who was the Defence Minister of India at that time. Total 34 schools are covering all the states of our country at present time.

Sainik Schools are managed and regulated under the Sainik Schools Society which is controlled by the Ministry of Defence.

Aspirants who are seeking Admission in Sainik Schools for the academic year 2022-2023 can apply for the same. The application dates are scheduled on their official websites.

In Sainik Schools, seats are reserved for those children who are serving in Defence, and concessions are given to children of govt officials.

Sainik Schools Society also provides admission to children whose parents have no defense background. They can also take admission in Sainik Schools.

All India Sainik Schools Entrance Exam named as AISSEE in Short which is conducted all over India to provide admission in Sainik Schools.

Aspirants can take admission in Class 6 and Class 9 after qualifying for the AISSEE 2022 Entrance Exam.

AISSEE 2021 will be held on 09 January 2022. Candidates need to submit their application form in the Sainik School where they want to take admission before the last date. Starting date and closing date to submit the application form from September-October 2021.

For candidates who belong to General/ OBC and Defence Category: Rs.550/- will be the application fee.For SC/ST Category Candidates – Rs.400/-.The mode of Fee Payment is Online Mode.

Boys candidates are eligible to take admission in Sainik School all over India. But the good news is available for Girls Students, who can take admission in Class 6 only.
