The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has planned to organize a webinar for the principals of affiliated schools regarding the evaluation criteria of class 10 students and preparation of results. The Webinar will be conducted on May 6, 2021 in association with National progressive school conference clarifying the assessment criteria for the class 10 board examinations which were earlier cancelled by the board.

The detailed process of evaluation will be discussed and explained in the virtual meeting scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM. The details for the same has been posted by the board on their official website.

According to the evaluation scheme released, the class 10 students will be evaluated based on the internal performance of the students and the process will be discussed in the meeting. According to the official notification, the CBSE will explain the policy of revaluation of the class 10 board exams in detail. The training will also be available on Youtube.

The notification issued further stated that the streaming of the conference will be available on YouTube, Questions can also be raised on YouTube itself. In case of queries, the communication can also be further sent to CBSE. The Webinar will also be allowing the school principals and the evaluators to have a clear understanding of the marking process for the students.

Earlier, The Central Board of Secondary Education cancelled the class 10 board examinations while decisions on the class 12 examinations are yet to be ma de. Many of the state boards are also following the assessment criteria for the class 10 cancelled examination.
