Online Registrations begins for Assam CEE 2021 Counselling

Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has started the Assam CEE 2021 counseling at their official site- astu.ac.in. Candidates who have cleared the Assam CEE 2021 exam are eligible for registrations in the counseling session.

Assam CEE is an undergraduate (UG) level entrance exam. Assam CEE is conducted as an offline test for admission to B.Tech courses offered by the participating institutes.

The conducting authority of Assam CEE 2021 had conducted the exam on 29 august 2021. Assam CEE 2021 result was declared on September 6. The authorities also released the provisional Assam CEE 2021 answer key on August 29.

Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the Assam CEE 2021 merit list and scorecards will be eligible to participate in the counseling process. Applicants can complete the Assam CEE 2021 registration from the official website.

For counseling registration and fee payment students have to –

  •  Register online for the counseling by visiting the official website within the specified dates.  
  •  pay Rs. 700 as a counseling fee. 
  • During registration, candidates will also be required to enter their choices of institutes and courses.

After the counseling round, seat allotment round and document verification will take place.

In seat allotment round, the concerned authority will allot seats to candidates on the basis of merit and choices filled. Candidates will be required to check their seat allotment status as per the schedule.

Candidates who will be allotted seats have to online upload their documents and form A. The documents will be verified by the allotted institute, post which admissions will be confirmed.

The documents required on Counselling day are as follows;

  • Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)
  • Caste/ Category Certificate
  • CEE Admit Card 2021
  • 10th Admit Card/ Pass Certificate issued by Board/ Council (for age proof)
  • 10th mark sheet
  • 12th mark-sheet and admit card
  • Academic Gap Certificate (if applicable)
  • Character Certificate from Head of the Institution Last Attended
  • 4 Copies of Recent Passport Size Photograph.
