An Indian film actress Aishwarya Rajesh says that she is thrilled to team up with the director Mani Ratnam. Aishwarya basically appears in Tamil cinema, she started her career as an anchor in a famous comedy show titled ‘Asathapovadhu Yaru’, which aired on Sun Tv. She rose the popularity after starring in the 2012 movie titled ‘Attakathi’, where she portrayed the role of an Amudha.
Currently, she can be seen playing the role in an Indian political crime drama movie ‘Daddy‘, which is co-written and directed by Ashim Ahluwalia. The movie features Arjun Rampal and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead role. In the movie, Arjun will be portraying the role of a gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli.
The actress whose movie ‘Daddy’ released today says that she is thrilled to play the lead in the filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s upcoming Tamil- Telugu movie. The name of the upcoming Tamil- Telugu movie has not been decided yet.
About the same, Aishwarya says, “I’m thrilled. It’s been my long time desire to work with Mani sir. I play one of the leads but I don’t know with whom I will be paired yet.”
Aishwarya Rajesh has done two big movies ‘Vada Chennai’ and ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’, which she did opposite Dhanush and Vikram and for that, she even got Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress.
