The recent episode begins with Vikas discussing about Siddharth and Shehnaz’s relationship. The audiences love their friendship and even have a tag dedicated to them, #SidNaaz. Later, all the housemates are told to gather in the living room. It’s announced that Siddharth’s health is in vulnerable condition and he will have to leave the house for a few days to recover in a hospital.
Shehnaz is shocked, and Mahira suffers an emotional breakdown. Siddharth leaves the house, and is sent to the secret room. Paras enters, and they’re both surprised to see each other. It’s then revealed that they’ll have to stay in the room for some days because of their health conditions. They can watch and listen to the housemates conversations through a television.
Shehnaz feels lonely without Siddharth. She talked to Mahira, who is also feeling sad because Paras left her. They don’t have any support in the house. Rashami is glad Siddharth is gone. Arhaan talks with Shefali Bagga about Rashami. He tells her Rashami was bankrupt when he met her. He helped her become financially stable again. Siddharth listens and laughs, while Paras says he will tell all this to Rashami.
Later, the nomination task is announced. The contestants go into the confession room and to name two contestants they want to nominate. Sidharth, Madhurima, Bhau, Shehnaaz and Mahira are nominated for eviction. Rashami and Arhaan reconcile, and say “I love you” to each other. Siddharth and Paras are given a power to save one nominated housemates, and they take Mahira’s name.
Madhurima and Vishal get into a fight while playing cards. Later, Vishal becomes overwhelmed with emotions. He later talks to Madhurima, and they agree to at least keep their friendship intact. They also say “I love you” to each other toward the end of the episode.
