The episode begins with Himanshi discussing with Siddharth about previous week’s Swayamvar task, and that she’d asked Shehnaz to destroy the mandap. Later, Himanshi is crying and Asim comforts her. Asim and Siddharth talk about the events of the week. The next day, Arti sarcastically discusses his growing closeness with Mahira, Paras and Shehnaz. Siddharth tells Shehnaz about the conversation with Arti, and she admits that Arti is feeling jealous that he has changed his allegiances and is being friendly with the opposite team. At the nomination ceremony, the housemates have to jab a knife into the dummy of the person they want to see evicted from the house. The contestants who are nominated for eviction are: Paras Chhabra, Shefali Zariwala, Shehnaz Gill, Aarti Singh and Vikas Pathak, Mahira Sharma.
Arti and Paras have a fight when she accuses of being disrespectful toward women in the house. Paras then proceeds to humiliate her, which causes Arti to erupt in anger and scream that he’s only proving her point. Mahira also helps Paras in insulting Arti.
Arti is upset that Siddharth didn’t support her during her fight with Paras. She thinks he doesn’t care about her anymore. Arti begins to cry, and experiences a panic attack after an argument with Siddharth. Shefali and Himanshi try to tend to her. Rashami is also upset with Paras’ comments about Arti and advises him to not make disparaging remarks about women.
The housemates gather in the living room, and are shown a clip of Siddharth and Rashami’s television show, Dil Se Dil Tak. Then Bigg Boss tells them to recreate the same romantic visuals from the video with Shehnaz acting as their director. Mahira and Vishal are the second pair to act in the video, and Paras is their director.
Siddharth and Rashami, wearing all white, give a very sensual performance for the video as Shehnaz encourages them to get intimate. They take a dip in the swimming pool and kiss through glass partition. Vishal and Mahira are less successful in their attempts, and don’t get the same interest from the housemates. At the end of the day, Arti experiences another episode of Panic attack is taken for treatment.
