After having an excellent first week, Akshay Kumar starrer Housefull 4 fared fantastic at the box office on its eighth day. According to a report on Box Office India, the film collected Rs 8 crore on the first day of second week which is a fantastic collection for second Friday.
This takes the film’s collection to Rs 145 crore in eight days and the film is expected to become one of the highest grossing films of Akshay Kumar.
The film has to consolidate this solid Friday number with good growth on Saturday and it will be a superb second weekend for Housefull 4.
The film has hit the Rs 55 crore mark in Mumbai circuit which is the best circuit due to Gujarat / Saurashtra which has collected around Rs 22 crore so far. It will become the highest grossing film of 2019 in Gujarat / Saurashtra by the end of the weekend and could become the third highest grossing film ever in the circuit behind Bahubali – The Conclusion and Golmaal Again.
Housefull 4 had an excellent first with collections of Rs 137 crore. The film collected Rs 50 crore in its first weekend which is not a huge collection for a big film but it was still a good number for a pre-Diwali release. The film took off from Monday and there was no stopping to it then.
