Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal is all set to gear up for their upcoming movie titled “Raazi”, which will be directed by Meghna Gulzar and co-produced by Karan Johar. The shooting for the movie has already started.
Today, Karan Johar reveals the release date for his upcoming movie “Raazi” on his Twitter account. He tweeted saying, “Exciting date announcement! #Raazi releasing 11th May,2018…@aliaa08 @vickykaushal09 @DharmaMovies @JungleePictures @meghnagulzar”
Talking much about the movie, the movie features Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal in the lead role. The story is about a Kashmiri girl who marries a Pakistani officer (played by Vicky Kaushal) and spies for the Indian Intelligence. The movie is based on the Harinder Sikka’s novel ‘Calling Sehmat’, and the movie will be shot in Punjab, Kashmir, and Mumbai. Director of the movie Meghna is very well known for the films like Filhaal and Talvar. Meghna is the daughter of celebrated writer Gulzar and veteran actress Raakhee.
The movie is slated to release on 11 May 2018.
