The upcoming episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay begins with the confrontation between Prerna and Komolika. Mohini rushes inside the room, and stops their fight. Prerna steps out to answer a phone call. Mohini demands to know their conversation, but Prerna tells her to just wait and watch. Anurag has caught the truck driver. Prerna calls him, and Anurag tells her to see the face of the driver and confirm his identity. Prerna recognizes him. Anurag proceeds to beat the truck driver. Ronit speeds up his car toward the scene and saves the driver, leaving Anurag exhausted after the fight. Anupam and Anurag try to chase the truck but the man inside is someone else. He tells them a man gave her the keys for the truck.
Anurag hires a private detective to find out the real name of Prerna’s husband. The truck driver meets Ronit. Komolika is getting angry while remembering Prerna’s violent slap. Ronit phones her, asks her why she didn’t come to meet him. Komolika tells him to keep quiet and that she knows Prerna is talking with Anurag in the other room, while she sits alone.
At night, Prerna and Anurag have a conversation. Mohini goes to visit Komolika in her room. Komolika is sad and frustrated that Prerna keeps chasing after Anurag. Mohini gives her the keys to their farmhouse, and tells her that they’ll live there for some time, and Anurag and Komolika will get a chance to get close.
