The upcoming episode of Kasautii Zindagi Kay begins with Prerna and Anurag talking on video call. Anurag tells Prerna to visit him at home, because he has a surprise for her. Prerna is confused but excited. In the morning, Prerna arrives at the Basu Mansion. Komolika is perplexed. Prerna goes to the kitchen and finds Anurag wearing an apron. Anurag has prepared laddu’s for Prerna that’ll keep her child healthy. Prerna compliments his cooking, and says its the best laddu she’s ever eaten in her life. Komolika drops a cup to stop Anurag and Prerna from coming too close.
Prerna visits Komolika and taunts her about how much Anurag cares for his child. Komolika assures Prerna that she’ll server every connection between Anurag and the child.
Prerna goes home and becomes to worry about Komolika’s next plan. The next day, she goes to the Basu house again and argues with Komolika.
Komolika is confident that she’ll defeat Prerna. She’s going to get pregnant with Anurag’s baby, and he’ll ignore Prerna to focus on his own child. Prerna laughs, and tells Komolika, she’s also bearing Anurag’s child. Komolika says everybody believes the father of the child is the old man Mr. Bajaj. Prerna slaps her. Komolika isn’t angry at her, and tells she’s soon leaving with Anurag for the farmhouse where they’ll consummate their marriage.
Outside, as everybody is about to leave, Prerna calls out to Anurag and wants to talk to him.
Tomorrow: Prerna decides to ruin Komolika’s plans.
