The recently released trailer of the Siddharth Malhotra-Riteish Deshmukh starrer ‘Marjaavaan’ has created storm over the internet.
Within two days of its release, the trailer has managed to get 21 million views on YouTube, which is a great feat to achieve. It is currently #4 in the overall YouTube trending videos.
The three minute and 15 second long trailer has a lot of action sequences, dialoguebaazi, as well as love sequences between the pair. It also introduces the character in a fine form.
But the surprise element of the popular trailer is Riteish Deshmukh, who is playing the role of a dwarf villain, Deva Shetty.
Riteish plays the menacing villain with ease as he confronts the protagonist Raghu, played by Siddharth Malhotra.
The story, as per the trailer, suggests that Deva kills Raghu’s girlfriend Zoya played by Tara Sutaria.
The film is directed and written by Milap Milan Zaveri, who had also helmed the John Abraham-Manoj Bajpayee starrer action thriller ‘Satyamev Jayate’ last year. It proved to be a major commercial success.
‘Marjaavaan’ is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar and Krishna Kumar under the T-Series banner and Nikhil Advani, Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani under their label of Emmy Entertainment.
It is scheduled to hit the screens on 8 November, 2019.
