After unveiling Sanjay Dutt’s look as Afghan King Ahmad Shah Abdali earlier today, the makers of the upcoming historical period drama film Panipat have now released another character poster unveiling Kriti Sanon’s look. While emanating an aura of dignity and confidence, she looks stunning as Parvati Bai.
The character poster has come a few days after the first poster of the film was released. The trailer of the film will be released tomorrow.

Ashutosh Gowariker’s magnum opus features Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles while Padmini Kolhapure, Mohnish Bahl and Zeenat Aman also appear in pivotal roles.
The period drama is based on the Third Battle of Panipat that took place on 14 January 1761 at Panipat between a northern expeditionary force of the Maratha Empire and invading forces of the King of Afghanistan, Ahmad Shah Abdali. Abdali was supported by two Indian allies— the Rohilla Afghans of the Doab, and Shuja-ud-Daula, the Nawab of Awadh.
Produced by Sunita Gowariker under her banner AGPPL in association with Rohit Shelatkar’s company, Vision World, Panipat is slated to hit the cinema halls on 6 December this year.
Meanwhile on the work front, Kriti was last seen in commercially successful Housefull 4. Besides Panipat, she will be seen in Mimi for which she has started shooting in Rajasthan The film is based on the practice of surrogacy in India.
