Actor Prabhas with the entire team announces the release date of Adipurush on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri. The mythological drama is scheduled to release worldwide on January 12, 2023.

Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon starrer film Adipurush get a release date. The makers decided to announce the release date on the occasion of Mahashivratri. Om Raut’s directorial mythological drama also features Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh in pivotal roles. Actor Prabhas shared a poster of Adipurush announcing the date of its release. Fans were eagerly waiting for the film since the launch of the project. The film is slated to release on January 12 worldwide.

ADIPURUSH: A Mythological Retelling Of The Epic Ramayana

The most awaited film of the year Adipurush is a mythological narrative of the epic Ramayana. Prabhas fans are eagerly waiting to witness the actor on screen. While Prabhas stars as Lord Rama, Saif Ali Khan will be seen in the role of Raavan. Actress Kriti Sanon will be essaying the character of Sita in the film.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Om Raut’s directorial drama is 90 per cent of VFX for an enhanced cinematic experience. Adipurush is currently in the post-production stage. The movie is touted to be inspired by the Hindu epic Ramayana.

Prabhas has various projects pipelined for the year including Radhe Shyam, Salaar and Project K. The periodical drama Radhe Shayam featuring Pooja Hegde opposite Prabhas is scheduled to release on March 11. The release dates of the other two films are yet to be announced.
