Actress Sanaya Irani was last seen in the horror film ‘Ghost’ directed by Vikram Bhatt, which failed to create an impact among the critics and the audiences.
She will be next seen in the music video “Intezaar” with actor Gurmeet Chaudhary, which has a soulful track.
The makers recently released a 30 second trailer which has become quite popular on the internet.
The song is written and composed by Mithoon with vocals from Arijit Singh and Asees Kaur. It is directed by Arif Khan and presented by Mohit Suri.
Sanaya’s last outing ‘Ghost’ saw her play the role of a London based lawyer. The film met with negative reviews and was a box-office flop.
She had started her career in 2006 with the Bollywood romantic film ‘Fanaa’, directed by Kunal Kohli and co-starring Aamir Khan and Kajol, she played one of Kajol’s friends in it.
Sanaya made her foray into television in 2007 with the serial ‘Left Right Left’ and later appeared in ‘Kasamh Se’ and ‘Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi.’
She gained attention for her role of Gunjan Bhushan in ‘Miley Jab Hum Tum’ which earned her the Indian Television Academy Award for Gr8! Face (Female).
Sanaya has also acted in serials like ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?’, ‘Teri Meri Love Stories’, ‘Chhanchhan’ and ‘Rangrasiya.’
