There is a threat to the actor, Kangana Ranaut’s life, which warrants protection for her. The Mumbai Police have come ahead to give her the much-needed protection. They have made arrangements to protect her Khar residence and bungalow-cum-office in Bandra. An official confirmed this news.
While Kangana returned to Mumbai on Wednesday from her home state, Himachal, she came with Y-Plus category security. The centre had given this to her after her alleged remarks about Mumbai, likening it to Pakistan and calling Mumbai Police worse than “Movie Mafia”, irked the Shiv Sena.
Hours before she reached Mumbai, her Bandra office was demolished due to ” illegal alterations”. The Sena controlled BMC did that.
An official talked about Kangana’s security and said :
“A police van with officials has been deployed outside her residence in Khar to tackle any untoward incident. Women constables are also a part of the team.”
Adding further he said, “Besides, outside her Pali Hill bungalow, which was partially demolished by the civic body yesterday, similar security arrangements have been made”
There are reports from sources that the actor, will visit her Pali Hill property on Thursday, September 10.
When Kangana got to know about her office being demolished, she responded saying that just like it, Shiv Sena leader and Maharashtra CM, Uddhav Thackeray’s “ego will be destroyed” too.
