On the work front, Rubina has become an household name for her role of Soumya Singh in the serial ‘Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.’
She had started her acting career in 2008 with the serial ‘Chhoti Bahu’ and later played Simran Gill in ‘Saas Bina Sasural.’
Rubina then played the role of Divya Jakhotia in ‘Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed’ and goddess Sita in ‘Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev.’
Her next appearance was in the fantasy sitcom ‘Jeannie Aur Juju’, where she portrayed the role of Jeannie. It was adapted from American sitcom ‘I Dream of Jeannie.’
