On the work front, Surbhi was last seen in the popular serial ‘Naagin’ on Colors TV in a lead role.
She is set to make her Bollywood debut with a film titled ‘Sonam Gupta Bewafa Hai’, co-starring Jassie Gill and produced by PEN films.
Surbhi had earlier acted in Punjabi films like ‘Ik Kudi Punjab Di’, ‘Raula Pe Gaya’ and ‘Munde Patiala De.’
She had made her television debut in 2010 with the Punjabi serials ‘Akiyaan To Door Jayen Na’ and ‘Kach Diyan Wanga.’
Her breakthrough role proved to be in ‘Qubool Hai’, which earned her several awards including Gold Award for Best Female Debut and Indian Telly Award for Fresh New Face Female.
