As per the Bihar government’s recommendation the death case of the actor has been taken by the center.

The senior advocate Mukul Rohtagi has appreciated the decision and welcomed it wholeheartedly.

The Supreme Court order:

Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh reported that the real evidence of Sushant’s death was been tampered by the Mumbai police and he also added the Mumbai police should help the Bihar police in the investigation providing all the proper report regarding the actor’s death.

There have been a lot of high profile members supporting the actor’s investigation. The Home Minister of Maharastra, Anil Deshmukh has also said that the CBI probe is very much required.

The lawyer of Maharastra Basanth said that the Mumbai police has no Jurisdiction to file an FIR. He further said that there has been no FIR filed in Mumbai till now.

The supreme court has said that the actor’s death case has too much media attention and the activity of police restraining will not be a good sign for the case. The Maharastra government, the Bihar government, and the actor’s family have been ordered to file their replies within three days.

The next hearing of the case will be on the next week.

The Actor’s Father Move in the case:

The chief minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar has only recommended the transfer of investigation to the CBI on Tuesday.

SG Tushar Mehta says the media “The evidence should not be destroyed” and that should be the important aspect of the investigation.

The Mumbai police have reported that there is no complaint being lodged and no FIR has been noted. But the actor’s father has said that he lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakraborthy in February, saying there is a threat to Sushant’s life.

After the death of Sushant, his father again raised a complaint on Rhea, saying Rhea had instigated Sushant Singh Rajput to end his life.

The actor’s family forwarded a WhatsApp video saying Sushant’s life is in danger and sent it to the Mumbai police and to Sushant’s flatmate Sidharth Pithani.

The messages state “Sushant’s family wasn’t happy with the company he was keeping. In fact, the messages were sent to Pithani’s number as Sushant’s family couldn’t get in touch with the actor.”

However, the Mumbai police tell the actor’s father “there is no written complaint filed by the father of Sushant.”

The DCP zone 9 has informed to Sushant’s father that a written complaint is very mandatory to proceed with any investigations. But Sushant’s father refused it and wanted the police to investigate the case informally.

But DCP zone 9 refused it and wanted him to proceed with a written complaint on the case.

We will know about the improvement only after the next hearing next week.
