The episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Ishita arriving at the breakfast table, where Karan has laid out all her favorite dishes. Raman teases Karan for his desperation to marry Ruhi. He agrees to their wedding, but insists that the ceremony take place at their home. Karan also wants to wait for his mother’s health to get back to normal. Ruhi decides that she doesn’t need any designer wedding dresses, but Simmi says she’s going to do a lot of shopping. Ishita goes to the storeroom and looks at Ruhi’s childhood stuff. At her photographs, and toys. Ruhi comes, and sits beside her mother. They both share a beautiful moment to remember all their memories of the past. Ishita points out how Ruhi used to be so young, and now she’s getting married.
They go back to the living room, where the family has gathered to prepare for the wedding. Ruhi has to go for work, and leaves. On her way, in the car she begins to feel intense pain in her stomach. She tries to phone Karan but he is busy with the arrangements. Ruhi faints on the road, outside her car. People gather around her, and begin to take her pictures. A woman stops to look at the crowd, and is angry that nobody is helping Ruhi. She’s a gynecologist and tells them to help put Ruhi in her car so that she can take her to her clinic.
At home, Ishita begins to feel like something bad is going to happen because her left eye is twitching. She receives a phone call from the doctor, who tells her that Ruhi fainted on the road. Ishita begins to panic and immediately asks for the address so she can visit her daughter.
Tomorrow: The doctor reveals that Ruhi can’t conceive a child. Sudha returns from London.
