One year after opening the biggest global R&D centre in the city, OnePlus revealed their biggest global experience store which is OnePlus Nizam Palace spread across 16,000 sq ft in the city.

Situated at Himayatnagar at Hyderabad, the experience store has the aspects like interactive desks for product catalogues and customer service centre. Vikas Agarwal, the general manager said that the OnePlus Nizam Palace has set a new benchmark at the retail segment and has redefined how consumers experience the premium offerings of OnePlus. It also brings them closer to their community members.

To strengthen the offline retail presence further in the country, OnePlus has also planned to invest Rs.100 crore for expanding the reach. OnePlus is at present available in around 5,000 offline stores which includes partnered stores around India.

The company also said that along with the offline expansion in India, OnePlus would also invest Rs.100 crore for deeper market penetration around omni-channel retail business. It also includes extension of brand’s premium offline experience beyond metro cities and expansion to the interior areas through new retail partnerships. The brand also has plans to cover 100 cities through their service centre network in 2021.
