The latest notebook of Xiaomi is aimed for people working or studying from home at the present Covid-19 pandemic. Its a lite version of the vanilla Mi Notebook 14 known as Mi Notebook 14 e-learning edition.

Its an all-aluminium laptop tipping the scale at 1.5kg and measuring around 18mm in thickness. The device has been powered by Intel’s 10th Generation Core i3-10110U CPU with 2.1 GHz dual-core and 4.1 GHz boost and no discrete GPU, users have to rely on the built-in UHD Graphics 620. There are no more configurations this time. In terms of memory, it has 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 256GB of SATA SSD.

The notebook has a 14-inch IPS LCD panel and a webcam positioned at the top bezel. The hardware has been powered by a 46Wh battery promising around 10 hours of normal usage with fast charging support. Xiaomi says that users can get back 50% of the juice in just 35 minutes.

Other important features includes a keyboard with scissor switches that offer 1.33mm travel and are dust-protected by a thin layer beneath the keyboard. It also has DTS-tuned stereo loudspeakers and users can unlock the notebook with Mi Band. In terms of connectivity, it provides HDMI, two USB 3.1 ports, USB 2.0 port and 3.5mm audio jack.

The laptop has been priced at INR 34,999 in India and as said, it comes in just one variant – Core i3-10110U, Intel UHD Graphics 620, internal storage of 256GB and 8GB of DDR4 memory.
