Samsung has announced Samsung Galaxy F52 5G in China. The smartphone is the first 5G-enabled smartphone in the F-series lineup. The latest offering from Samsung is powered by Snapdragon 750G SoC and features a 120Hz fast refresh rate. It features a quad-camera setup at the rear and is currently available only in China.

Samsung Galaxy F52 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7505 5G chipset, paired with Qualcomm Adreno 619 GPU. The CPU is backed by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The storage can be further expanded via a microSD card up to 1TB. The smartphone runs on Android 11 out-of-the-box with Samsung’s custom OneUI 3.1 on top.
Coming to the display, the device sports a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ TFT panel with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,408 pixels and a 120Hz fast refresh rate. The display carries a punch-hole at the top right corner that houses a 16MP sensor with an f/2.0 lens. At the rear, the phone comes with a quad-camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 lens, and two 2MP sensors with f/2.4 aperture for depth sending and macro shots.
The mobile phone packs a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. It ships with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embossed upon the power button and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging. It weighs 199 grams.
Samsung Galaxy F52 5G Price
Galaxy F52 5G is offered in two color options- Dusky Black and Magic White. It is priced at CNY 1,999 (Rs. 22,700) for the sole 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It is currently up for pre-orders in China and is expected to hit the markets on June 1. The international pricing and availability of the smartphone have not been disclosed by Samsung yet.

Considering the price point, it will rival Oppo F19 Pro+ 5G, which is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800 SoC and features a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display, a 48MP quad-camera setup, and a 4,310mAh battery with fast charging, priced at Rs.24,449 for the 8GB RAM variant.
