After a tight match between Joe Biden and Donald Trump for US Presidential election 2020, Biden emerged victorious at the end.

However, this did not go down well with Trump and he had challenged the election in various states.

Because of pending law suit, few bookmakers think that US elections might still not be over and they are still willing to pay out bets on Trump, depending on the result of election petition.

Few bookmakers while speaking to Gambling.com stated that, “We would not – and couldn’t even if we wanted to – retract the bets already paid out on Biden. So everybody would win there apart from the bookies.”

Another operator said: “If Trump was the next president then we would have to pay out a second time, but we are very confident of the result and would not have paid out otherwise”, reported Gambling.com.

Reportedly, 65% of the bets were placed on Trump being re-elected in US elections 2020.

As high as £3.9m wager was placed by a British gambler on Trump.

After Biden was declared the winner, gambling companies took few days to pay out bets on Biden.
